Medical Director

Dr. Ali Esmail is Winnipeg’s first and only fellowship trained Facial Plastic Surgeon. Unlike a ‘general plastic surgeon’, Dr. Esmail has 6 years of specialized training that focuses primarily on procedures from the neck up. Facial plastic surgery requires extreme attention to detail, an eye for symmetry and a drive for perfection. When it comes to someone’s face there is no room for error, and at Visage, this is the very work ethic that drives our entire team. It is those attributes that originally attracted Dr. Esmail to the field of facial plastic surgery. His obsessive attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetic symmetry is what makes him one of the most exciting and top young surgeons in the field.

Owner/Medical Aesthetician

Being an esthetician allows me the opportunity to help people feel and look better. Each day is a new day to enrich someone’s experience. Farzana graduated from MC college in the Esthetics course in 2012. She is trained in microblading with Brows by G, laser & IPL by Glam Group Canada. Farzana is skilled in facial treatments, body treatments, microneedling, hydrafacial, Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peels. When not practicing esthetic services, Farzana enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends, golfing, camping ,and fishing.

Nurse Injector

Jaimie, RN graduated in 2010 and has been practicing as an aesthetic nurse injector since 2014. In addition to aesthetic nursing she has experience in Plastic surgery, Burns, Head & Neck surgery program at HSC and MB Clinic as a Procedure Room Nurse. As an advanced aesthetic nurse injector she has received training with Allergan Medical Institute and completed on-site training with Galderma and Prollenium. Jaimie will work with you to meet your goals and expectations. She is here to enhance your natural beauty and to guide you with your skincare needs.

Lead Aesthetician

Bailey Allen is an experienced licensed aesthetician of 18 years who works honestly, tactfully and has strong drive. Born with a passion for aesthetics, a love for taking care of people and making people feel their best. Bailey trained and worked with some of the best in the industry, always looking for something new to learn to better herself and her clients. Work hard, play hard and love even harder!

Aesthetician and Lash Technician

Kate is Visage Clinical Beauty’s Lash Technician and Aesthetician. With several years of aesthetic and lash experience, Kate specializes in lash services, brow transformation, skin care and nail care. Kate’s ultimate goal is to make everyone feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.

Nurse Injector

Coralee Shaman LPN. Coralee is an experienced cosmetic injection nurse. Coralee is well known for her passion for her work and natural approach. She loves being able to blend her knowledge of anatomy and science with artistry in order to come up with incredible results. She started aesthetic nursing in 2008. In the past 13 years she has developed exceptional skills and received in- depth training for many aesthetic techniques from leading experts all over North America. She prides herself on continuing education and keeping up with trends and new techniques. She loves helping others and connecting with family and nature.

Licensed Aesthetician & RMT

With over 14 years in the spa industry I strive to customize each treatment to my client’s needs. I ensure everyone will leave having experienced a soothing and relaxing treatment in a professional atmosphere & leave feeling their concerns are met. As my passion is aesthetics, I am also a registered massage therapist for the last 3 1/2 years. The professions work hand in hand and my goal is ensuring my guest’s overall wellbeing. I specialize in all aesthetic treatments like facials and body treatments plus hot stone massage, cupping, relaxation & deep tissue massage. I look forward in meeting you!

Being in the spa and beauty industry for over 20 years and holding an Esthetics license in good standing, I thrive on sharing my knowledge and experience with all ages wanting to learn more about their skin. I’ve had the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and have helped grow many spas to success. My goal is to ensure each one of our guests leaves with a lasting and memorable experience.
